- 1 / 5By Denise FerrellFood was fine. Horrible service. They were jamming everyone towards the back of the restaurant and leaving the front wide open. Our backs at our table was literally right up against a booth. Screaming kid there and one on our side. Miserable. All the while everything up front was empty. Appears they wanted to sweep the floor and clean at 9pm on a Friday. That's all I could see from it. We asked to move up but the seater wouldn't let us. Tried to say someone was sitting there. There wasn't. Waiter was terrible. Slow. Unknowledgable. They were about half filled. Hate to see them any busier. Not sure they could handle it as they were already struggling. Also noticed a rotten smell at the lettuce end of the salad bar with kitchen entrance. Not sure exactly what or where. I frequent other Ruby Tuesdays and we love it. Will never return to this location.June 29, 2016
